Marble has been a very popular building material for thousands of years and, with a little care, can easily last a lifetime. It comes in a large range of unique colours and patterns that can be enhanced by a polished finish.
It is generally used indoors as, in time, when outside, it can lose its finish as it absorbs elements from the atmosphere and proves difficult to clean. Marble is ideal for use as floor and wall tiling, steps, fireplaces, vanity tops, bath surrounds, shower cubicles and table tops and can be simply cleaned with some soapy water and a damp cloth.
